New purchases may be returned within 30 days for a full refund less shipping costs, if the product is returned in mint condition with all accessories, packaging and documents in mint condition. If, at our sole discretion, we find that the product is blemished, scratched, or damaged by the customer, or accessories, packaging or documents are missing or damaged, we reserve the right to impose a $35 restocking fee on returned merchandise. Engraved or customized product sales are final and are not returnable for refund.
